The Problem to Solve

Chemical waste collection involves preparation of a series of chemical-specific safety protocols to ensure that waste is handled, stored, and transported without causing accidents, which could lead to injuries or environmental damage.
Different compliance measures that stipulate specific procedures are required for managing various types of chemical wastes, and waste collectors must be prepared with detailed information of the waste components in order to adopt best-practice for the handling of any specific given waste.

The request then needed to be validated by Customer Service, before organising a collection – a time-consuming and labour-intensive process.
